We Believe Every Person Deserves Compassionate Care

When I founded That's Crazy Mental Health, I wanted to create more than a therapy practice. I wanted to create a space where people didn't feel shame for struggling — where asking for help was celebrated as strength, not weakness.

Too many people in our communities have been told to "pray it away," to keep family matters private, or that therapy is only for people who are "really sick." The stigma runs deep, and it costs lives.

That's Crazy exists to change that narrative. We meet people where they are — in their cultural context, their lived experience, their real life. We believe healing is possible for everyone, and we're here to walk that path with you.
